**How To Tie In Your New Digital CP200 To Your Analog CP200**

Did you know that the new Motorola CP200D radios are capable of working with your existing analog CP200 models? Customers often ask how this is possible. The new CP200 digital models can be programmed as analog on a per channel basis making it easy to migrate over. The new CP200 D models have 16 channels which gives the users 16 options in programming digital or analog channels. If a user for example has a current analog 4 channel model of the CP200 but they are purchasing the new digital version we usually suggest setting it up as follows on the new CP200 digital:

Channel 1( analog)
Channel 2 (analog)
Channel 3 (analog)
Channel 4 (analog)
Channels 5-16 (digital)

We have received a lot of request from customers that wanted more options for the Vertex Line. If you take a look here you will see there are several new options. The AT2W 2 wire kit has been very popular. It has interchangeable eartips that come in handy for multiple shifts/users. Also the tubes are available in a variety of colors. Most of these earpiece options also have a 20LB pull strength which means they have been put to the test for durability. Did you know that there are now specific digital accessories made for the CP200D radios?  That is correct, Motorola recently announced a new line of these accessories that are optimized for digital. What is the difference? The advantage of these new accessories is that they have extra layers of filters put in place. These extra filters help provide greater clarity when used with a digital radio.
